EU-JAMRAI in the symposium “Infectious diseases and One Health”

Information:
After one year of continuous work and commitment, the EU-funded Joint Action on Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare Associated Infections (EU-JAMRAI) met in Vienna from the 7th to the 9th of November of 2018 for its first General Assembly. The meeting assembled 44 partners from 27 countries, European and international organizations as well as stakeholders representing health professionals, industry and civil society.
Marie-Cécile Ploy, the coordinator of the project, thanked all members for the work done during the first year of the Joint Action: "I would like to thank all the partners involved in this JA. You have worked hard during this first year. I thank the WP leaders for fostering the synergies and for respecting the timeline and deliverable due dates. I would like also to thank warmly the European and international organisations that EU-JAMRAI partners have requested, especially ECDC and WHO Europe for their active support. All countries involved in EU-JAMRAI have actively participated to the work, participating to country-to-country visits or responding to questionnaires. The progresses made during this first year are closely related to your continued commitment!"
