The European Patients’ Forum (EPF) and The AMR Narrative organised a webinar series to create an exchange space for diverse groups of patients, carers, survivors and civil society organisations impacted by AMR who want to advance advocacy efforts.
This webinar series discussed how to empower patients to shape and share their own stories and advocate for ambitious policy action in this crucial area of global health sustainability and security.
Laura Alonso and Ana Tamayo, from the EU-JAMRAI Communication Team, will participate in the second webinar of the series, sharing the experience of the actions developed during EU-JAMRAI 1.
The session will bring together patient representatives and AMR experts, and will answer the following questions:
- How can we define patient advocacy for AMR?
- What could work well in terms of reaching a wider community for AMR?
- How to communicate such a complex topic like AMR in an engaging way?
