5 November, 2019EU-JAMRAI Coordinator Professor Marie-Cécile Ploy talks to bioMérieux during ECCMID 2019 and explains what the Joint Action is exactly and its objectives. EU-JAMRAI gathers all European member states & stakeholders involved in AMR. The objective is to tackle AMR in a coordinated way and bridge the gap between political declaration and concrete action at an operational level. At the end of the 3 years it is hoped that most countries in Europe will have implemented a national action plan with the One Health Approach and give healthcare professionals concrete tools to help them fight AMR.
