The objective of this webinar is to deepen in The Breakthrough Series Model related to the work developed by WP 6.2 with focus on practical aspects and planning of the pilots/national actions. The approach of the Breakthrough Series Model for improvement is based on work in multidisciplinary teams towards a specific aim, and learning sessions in workshops followed by action periods, to test and adjust small changes using the PDSA-cycle. The results of the changes are evaluated through data collection. For sustainability the model advocates cooperation between the national, regional and hospital levels." .
