P2P Program

EU-JAMRAI 2 is collaborating with EUCIC (The European Committee on Infection Control) in establishing a peer-to-peer (P2P) programme and in developing mentorship and observership activities. The P2P programme is planned to offer a number of actions:

Mentorship

An IPC P2P programme including a Q&A hub, educational sessions, peer-to-peer exchanges, mentorship and observership activities is under development. The programme will be developed and implemented in collaboration with EUCIC (The European Committee on Infection Control). An opportunity to book an individual online mentorship meeting is now open.

Needs assessment survey

Spring 2025, a Needs Assessment Survey exploring the needs from partners and the wider network of IPC European professionals regarding topics in demand, challenges in their daily work and expectations regarding the methods to use for facilitating the exchanges and connections between peers and experts was carried out. 

IPC Nurses Corner

The IPC Nurses Corner is connecting IPC Nurses for peer exchange including interactive exchanges, webinar and networking. It is a new European initiative supporting IPC nurses across all healthcare settings.

Webinars

Quarterly webinars are organized to address essential topics in IPC. This initiative aims to provide valuable insight in partnership with key groups working in this field:

Exchange forums with IPC experts

Regular meetings or virtual sessions will be set up by for participants to discuss specific topics leading to position papers, other forums will be to share practices and experiences.
