To strengthen collaboration and promote the exchange of good practices among EU Member States and Associated Countries, an EU-wide network of AMR Liaison Officers — known as the EU-JAMRAI 2 Policy Group (PG) — has been established.

This group brings together representatives from 30 countries (all EU Member States, plus Norway, Ukraine, and Iceland) who serve as Liaison Officers (LOs).

Each participating country has appointed at least one LO — and, in many cases, several, to represent different One Health sectors — directly and indirectly involved in developing and implementing their National Action Plan (NAP) AMR. Through their expertise, network and influence, these LOs play a key role in shaping national policies and fostering collaboration at the European level.
